Together we learn to live life abundantly.
Faith isn’t meant to be separate from
everyday life. Our guided Christian
Spiritual formation journeys are like
slow, careful kneading, rooted in
Scripture, shaped through reflection
and practice, and woven naturally
into the rhythms of everyday life,
home, work, relationships,
creativity, and rest.

We create intentional spaces for people to pause and reflect, encouraging them as they seek to live as disciples of Jesus Christ through Scripture-centered spiritual formation, stewardship, and faithful participation in God’s Kingdom. Join us in the search for the sixpence in the shoe... ;)

People living with intention. This is for thoughtful Christians who desire to integrate faith into everyday life with depth, intentionality, and Scripture-centered reflection. We walk alongside others in Christ-centered formation journeys, under the authority of Scripture, always pointing people to Jesus rather than ourselves.

We were born from a tension: after 24 years of working in corporate leadership and 8 years studying practical theology, we noticed something troubling: many people longed for deeper faith but lacked spaces to integrate faith and life. We offer these spaces to live faith everyday.

We focus on Jesus' teachings, while cherishing the Old Testament and the riches of the whole Bible. Solus Christus (Christ Alone), Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone)

We do not sell information, we cultivate formation. At the heart of every journey is Christian personhood formation: who you are and how you live with purpose and meaning. Sola Fide (Faith Alone), Sola Gratia(Grace Alone).

We thrive on authenticity, and how community, though sometimes fragile and imperfect, can be the exact space for healing, joy, encouragement while participating in the Kingdom of God on earth. Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God Alone)
Absolutely. Many participants choose to walk the journeys individually, reflecting quietly in their own rhythm. You also have the option to join occasional webinars or share the journey with friends or small groups if you wish.
We have the three journeys, and they are bundles consisting of various of modules. Each module is designed to fit into everyday life. Most participants spend about 30 - 60 minutes a week engaging with the material and reflecting (one module per week). You can go at your own pace, spiritual formation cannot be rushed. You are also welcome to purchase only one module at a time without purchasing the whole bundle.
Not at all. Our journeys are designed for anyone who wants to reflect, grow, and explore their faith. Whether you’re just beginning or have been studying Scripture for years, each journey provides gentle guidance to help you engage at your own pace within your every day life.
No. While we deeply value the fellowship and encouragement that come from being part of a local church, we also recognise that this is not always possible for everyone. Some people live far from a church community, have demanding life circumstances, or are in seasons where regular attendance is difficult. These journeys are designed to create a space where you can still engage meaningfully with Scripture, reflect on your faith, and continue your spiritual journey.
If you do have access to a church community, we always encourage nurturing those relationships alongside the journey.
The founder was raised within the Reformed tradition and continues to value its thoughtful engagement with Scripture and faith. At the same time, she listens to the wider voices of the Christian church and seeks to reflect prayerfully on them in light of the Bible.
Scripture remains the ultimate foundation for everything we explore. As written in 2 Timothy 3:16, all Scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, guiding, and shaping our lives. The journeys are therefore rooted in Scripture while welcoming Christians from different traditions who are seeking to grow in faith and live more intentionally.
Our journeys are designed to help you grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18), step by step, at your own pace.
While Scripture is central to every journey, the focus is on formation rather than only information. It is bible study where each journey invites participants to reflect, practice, and integrate what they discover into their daily lives, connecting faith with relationships, work, stewardship, and personal growth. It’s less about completing a study and more about learning to live what we believe.
Our journeys are designed to unfold slowly, giving space for reflection and integration into daily life. While the full experience cannot be compressed into a day or two, you are welcome to only purchase a module of the Mindful or Steward Shift, the Exodus shift however is part of a community project and we invite people to help us build the experience.
No problem. Webinars and events are optional. The journeys are seperate and can be experienced fully online at your own pace. Webinars and in-person events simply offer additional connection and reflection opportunities.
Yes! We love creating spaces for reflection and growth with groups. If you’d like a private webinar or in-person session for your friends, small group, or organization, simply email us directly to send you the details and arrange it.

where the rhythms and priorities of discipleship shape a slower, more attentive, and more neighbour-centred way of life

"For a long time, I was hesitant about the word "spiritual." It sounded too mystical to me. Over time, however, I came to realise that it points to one of the most beautiful gifts we have."

"Spiritual formation, to me - as a very private person - is an everyday awareness. Whether I walk or run in the mountains, listen to music, work, spend time with friends and especially when looking at my family..."

"It looks different for everyone, and each person is at a different place in their journey. However, at its heart, it is about abiding in Christ and learning how to do this while busy with life."

I am a proud South African dedicated to helping people live their faith authentically in everyday life. My work is grounded in Practical Theology, exploring how faith shapes daily living, relationships, work, and community. My passion lies in uplifting and inspiring people while nurturing the "spiritual- and religious capital" that helps individuals and communities flourish.
From January 2025, I am living my dream. The Wink Movement now focuses on facilitating guided, biblically grounded development spaces for individuals and teams centered on purpose, responsibility, and meaningful engagement in life and work. We welcome people from all religious backgrounds and beliefs to join us on this journey, while remaining a community rooted in the way of the Risen Christ. Together, we walk a shared path of reflection, growth, and intentional living, supporting one another in seeking to live authentically in everyday life...
